We provide a 100% refund guarantee, only under the following strict conditions:

• The cancellation request is made before any domain registration, hosting setup, or technical configuration.
• No service strategy, consultations, or planning sessions have been conducted.
• No work—including development, software customization, or integration—has commenced.

Non-Refundable Services

Once the project moves beyond preliminary discussions and reaches any of the following milestones, refunds will not be possible:

• Domain & Hosting Acquisition: Once purchased and configured, domain and hosting costs are non-recoverable.
• Consultation & Strategic Planning: Time invested in understanding client needs, crafting customized strategies, and preparing software blueprints cannot be reversed.
• Software Development & Customization: Any coding, integrations, or modifications to existing solutions are tailored specifically to the client and cannot be undone or repurposed.
• Social Media Planning & Marketing: Any strategy, branding materials, or planning conducted for promotional purposes are considered utilized services.
• SaaS Access & Trial Usage: Once a software solution is delivered, accessed, or entered into trial mode, the service is deemed accepted by the client.

Final Decision & Company Commitment

• Our focus is on delivering high-quality solutions rather than reversing commitments through refunds.
• We encourage clear communication during the project to ensure alignment with client expectations before proceeding to execution.
• Any concerns or adjustments required will be handled within the scope of our support agreements, rather than through monetary refunds.
